Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Brazil to customers around the world.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
- Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days → US$ 5.00
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days → Free (US$ 0.00)
Tracking: Tracking information is available in the My Orders section after your order is shipped.
International Shipping: We are currently focused on shipping to the United States. We are rapidly expanding and will soon offer shipping to the United Kingdom, France, Poland, and other countries in Europe and Latin America.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and peak periods.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return or exchange your product under the following conditions:

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Process: Please contact us first via chat or email before returning any item.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Exceptions: Personalized items, used cables/accessories, or products with visible signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
